This air-cooled heat pump water heater is one of our company's independently developed water heater products. It uses a Hanbell two-stage semi-hermetic screw compressor.
The hot water temperature range is 55℃ to 85℃, and the operating ambient temperature range is -25℃ to 10℃, hence we call it a "high-temperature and ultra-low-temperature air-cooled water heater."
High-temperature heat pumps are suitable for hot oil storage projects, dairy plants, beverage factories, breweries, restaurant kitchen disinfection, textile printing and dyeing industries, etc. This is the most energy-efficient and economical method for heating hot water.

8. Comprehensive protection functions include high pressure, low pressure, overheat, overload, antifreeze, phase sequence, and exhaust temperature protection.
9. Each unit undergoes routine and operational testing before factory packaging.
Advantages
1. Compressor
Our large heat pumps use Copeland scroll compressors (USA), while small heat pumps use compressors, specifically designed for heat pumps with high efficiency.
2. Electrical Control System
Project control functions allow for easy control of the circulation pump, water compensation, water supply, auxiliary electric heating, and PID automatic defrosting. Users can set different parameters according to different project requirements and automate the entire system.
3. Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchanger
The heat pump uses a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger with a heat exchange area 3.7 times that of bare tubes. Its unique design and compact spiral structure ensure sufficient heat exchange of the refrigerant.
4. Electronic Expansion Valve
We use Sanhua brand expansion valves and, combined with our company's control system, have developed a special electronic expansion controller. This controller utilizes digital technology to adjust the refrigerant based on temperature factors to achieve optimal flow and a higher COP value.
